  • When will my order be delivered?
    If you place an order on weekdays before 3:00 PM and the item is in stock, your package will be shipped the same day. We ship our items from our warehouse in Veghel.

    Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send you an email with a Track & Trace code, allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.

    We send all parcels by default with UPS, one of Europe's leading service providers in the parcel market. On the UPS website, you can easily check the current status of the parcel with the Track & Trace code.

    We have no influence on the time period during which UPS will deliver your parcel. Does UPS indicate a time period that does not suit you? You can change this on the UPS website.

    Sometimes it may happen that your order takes longer to arrive than expected. We ask you to wait a few business days before contacting us. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we give our partner the opportunity to deliver your package correctly and as quickly as possible.

    You can also pick up your order at our warehouse at Kennedylaan 14 in Veghel on weekdays from Monday to Thursday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and on Friday until 3:00 PM.

  • Which shipping costs does Huvema charge?

    Shipping methods

    We deliver all orders large and small to any location within the European Union. Under certain conditions, it is also possible to deliver to addresses outside the European Union.
    We offer all transport options and choose the most suitable logistics solution. We send international shipments complete with all necessary documentation.

    We always try to deliver an order consisting of several items in one parcel. If you order items with different delivery times, your order will sometimes be split into two or more deliveries. This does not affect the calculation of the shipping costs.

    Shipping costs depend on the following factors:

    • The dimensions of the item
    • The weight of the item
    • Country of destination

    For the Netherlands we apply the following rates

  • Can I visit the Huvema showroom?

    Showroom visits are possible on weekdays between 08:30 and 16:30. The visiting address is Kennedylaan 14 in Veghel. Huvema has a 2000 m2 showroom and demonstration area, which allows us to showcase the entire product range. From the smallest tools to the largest industrial metalworking machines. All machines can be demonstrated in operation.

  • I have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item

    If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us by phone at 0413-342275.

     


    When returning the product, please repackage it in the original packaging and ensure that the product is well protected against any damage. Check the contents. Make sure all manuals and accessories are returned with the product.

  • Can I order parts online?

    Yes, you can. In our parts warehouse, we keep around 10,000 parts in stock. We always have the essential parts available! In the machine manual, you will find a machine diagram. You can locate the relevant part on this diagram. Parts can be quickly and easily ordered through this website.

  • Can I cancel my online order?

    We process orders automatically. Therefore, it is only possible to cancel an order after contacting our customer service team by phone at 0413-342275

  • Does Huvema provide technical support?

    Yes we do!

    It is important to us that your Huvema machines run as optimally as possible. As a Huvema customer, you can rely on our professional service technicians for technical support. Huvema's technicians are specialists who know every machine well.

    Parts needed for troubleshooting can be supplied to you a.s.a.p.

    Do not forget that it is important to maintain your machines properly. This extends the lifespan and prevents unexpected machine breakdowns.

    Obviously, our foreign customers can also count on our technical support. Different conditions apply for locations outside the Netherlands

  • What payment options does Huvema have on its website?

  • Do I have warranty on the product?

    All products are covered by a 1-year full warranty under normal use. Wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. These include drive belts, gears and bearings.

  • Can I track my order?

    As soon as your order is ready for shipment, we will send you an e-mail with a Track & Trace code, which allows you to track the delivery of your order.
    We have outsourced the delivery of our parcels to UPS. On the UPS website you can easily check the current status of the parcel with the Track & Trace code.
    Sometimes your order may take longer to arrive than expected. We ask you to wait a few working days before contacting us. We will gladly give our partner the opportunity to deliver your parcel correctly and as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding!
