Our foundation: compliance with international trade law
Our business operations are based on acting in accordance with our principles, which means that we strictly adhere to applicable international trade legislation. Huvema B.V., its management and employees will always comply with the relevant legislation, without exception.
We not only apply these policy rules to ourselves, but also expect our suppliers, customers and other partners to adhere to these standards.
Sanctions and trade
International sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council or the European Union (European Regulation No. EU 2021/821) may prohibit or restrict trade with certain countries, territories or parties. Huvema is committed to strict compliance with these sanctions.
This means that we:
- Screen transactions and check business partners to ensure that we do not do business with sanctioned countries, regions, companies or individuals.
- Avoid possible diversion or re-export of products or technologies to parties with whom we would not do business ourselves.
In addition, we may ask our business partners to complete an end-user declaration (EUD). This declaration confirms that the goods will be used exclusively for the specified purposes and explicitly not for prohibited applications.

When will my order be delivered?
If you place your order on a working day before 3 p.m. and the item is in stock, we will ship your parcel the same day from our warehouse in Veghel.
As soon as your order is ready, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your parcel via UPS. You can adjust the delivery time slots yourself on the UPS website.
Sometimes it may take a little longer for your order to arrive. Please wait a few working days before contacting us so that UPS can deliver your parcel correctly.
You can collect your order from our warehouse at Kennedylaan 14 in Veghel:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30
Friday: 08:30 – 15:00

Which shipping costs does Huvema charge?
We deliver orders, large and small, to any address within the European Union. Delivery outside the EU is also possible under certain conditions.
We try to deliver orders with multiple items in one package. Items with different delivery times may be delivered in multiple shipments, without additional shipping costs.Shipping costs depend on:
- The dimensions of the item
- The weight of the item
- Country of destination
Pick-up is possible on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
We have a lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. -
Can I visit the Huvema showroom?
Yes, that is possible: showroom visits are possible on working days between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The visiting address is Kennedylaan 14 in Veghel.
In our showroom, we can display our entire product range and demonstrate all machines in operation. -
I have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us by phone at 0413-342275.
When returning the product, please repackage it in the original packaging and ensure that the product is well protected against any damage. Check the contents. Make sure all manuals and accessories are returned with the product. -

Parts needed for troubleshooting can be supplied to you a.s.a.p.
Do not forget that it is important to maintain your machines properly. This extends the lifespan and prevents unexpected machine breakdowns.
Obviously, our foreign customers can also count on our technical support. Different conditions apply for locations outside the Netherlands
