These universal V-belts are easy to install and remove and require little maintenance. These V-belts are commonly used in industrial, agricultural, automotive and commercial applications to transmit power from engines to equipment.
The classic profile V-belts (according to DIN 2215) have an aspect ratio of 1: 1.6.
The V-belt with the smallest profile is lightweight and is therefore very suitable for high belt speeds and low torques. The larger the profile, the lower the allowable belt speed and the higher the torque to be transmitted.
