The machines also feature a built-in cooling system, and the arm’s lowering speed is infinitely adjustable. The blade brush removes chips from the saw blade, keeping it clean. This prevents additional wear and ensures a longer service life.

Single pieces can be cut “automatically” by means of the downfeed cylinder. This enables efficient working, allowing you to prepare new (sawing) tasks during cutting and, if necessary, finish and/or clean up previously cut workpieces. After the cut is completed, the machine stops automatically and the arm can be raised for the next cut. The TOPLINE bandsaw machines are equipped with a stable material clamp with a quick-release system.
