At Huvema, we apply special prices for our business customers. With a business login, you have direct access to your current customer-specific prices. You can request an account for this from us, which we will then assess. This is because there are various requirements for purchasing via Huvema to qualify for the special prices. We will process your request and you will receive an email with your personal password after approval from us, allowing you to immediately use all Huvema business opportunities.
Payment of online orders can be done via iDeal, PayPal or by credit card. You can also pay in cash or by debit card when collecting your order in Veghel.

Warranty & Repair
All products are covered by a 1-year full warranty under normal use.
Is your product defective after the warranty period or in need of service? Even then you can count on us! Please contact us at telephone number + 31 413 342275. We offer our customers competitive rates for maintenance of the product. Our technicians are specialists who know each machine well. For repairs outside the warranty period, the hourly wage and the prices of the parts will be charged..
In our parts warehouse we keep approx. 10,000 parts in stock. We always have the most important parts in stock! You will find a machine drawing in the machine manual. On this drawing you can find the relevant part. Parts can be ordered quickly and easily via this website.
Exchange & returns
Please contact us if you are not satisfied with your order?
Please notify us within fourteen calendar days of receiving the item.
Return shipments will only be taken back if unused and in the original packaging.
In case of return make sure the product is well protected from any damage. Check the contents. Make sure all manuals and accessories are returned with the product. Please contact us in advance at our return form
Please note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for following products
- a. For sealed products. If the seal is broken, these products cannot be returned
- b. that have been brought about by the entrepreneur in accordance with the specifications of the consumer
- c. that are clearly of a personal nature
- d. that cannot be returned due to their nature
- e. that spoil or age quickly
- f. the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence
- g. for individual newspapers and magazines
- h. for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal
- NOTE: THIS APPLIES TO CONSUMERS ONLY.
No right of withdrawal or statutory cooling-off period applies to business purchases.
When purchasing products, the customer has the opportunity to dissolve the contract without giving reasons for 14 days. This cooling off period starts on the day after receipt of the product.
- During the cooling off period the customer will treat the product and the goods with care.
- During the cooling off period, the customer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to judge whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur, according to the entrepreneur's reasonable and clear instructions.
- When the customer wishes to use his right of withdrawal he is obliged to inform Huvema within 14 days after receipt of the product. The declaration has to be made by the customer by using the model form. After the customer has notified Huvema he/she has to return the product within 14 days. The customer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of a proof of shipment.
- If the customer, after the expiry of the periods mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 3, has not indicated that he wants to make use of his right of withdrawal or has not returned the product to Huvema, the purchase is a fact.
